Ingredients:
(4 Servings):
- 1/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp of Cocoa Butter
- 1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 tsp of Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Recipe Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a pot over low heat.
- Once the cocoa butter is fully melted, mix everything well.
- Pour into silicone molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Store in the freezer.
