Fried Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Put a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the salmon fillets in the pan and fry until it’s crispy or golden.
  4. Top with lemon juice.
